High Level Throwing® Clinic – Urbandale, IA

**Softball and baseball players from all clubs and teams are welcome to sign up for the clinic.

​

Central Iowa Riptide Softball Club has teamed up with High Level Throwing® again to bring you some game-changing throwing sessions!

​

This clinic will be run by Sarah O’Brien with sessions focusing on the Foundations of High Level Throwing® & Advanced Concepts for Softball Athletes!

​

There will be 6 Player Sessions available for serious softball and baseball players or teams looking to learn & develop overhand throwing mechanics!

​

• Session 1: Saturday, Sept 7th @ 9AM-11AM (Ages 9-12 Softball)

• Session 2: Saturday, Sept 7th @ 1130AM-130PM (Ages 13+ Softball)

• Session 3: Saturday, Sept 7th @ 2PM-4PM (Ages 13+ Softball)

• Session 4: Sunday, Sept 8th @ 9AM-11AM (Ages 9-12 Softball)

• Session 5: Sunday, Sept 8th @ 1130AM-130PM (Ages 9-12 Softball)

• Session 6: Sunday, Sept 8th @ 2PM-4PM (Ages 13+ Softball)

These are OPEN sessions (any individual athlete can attend).

-Introduction + Discussion
-Dynamic Warm Up + Prep Drills
-Arm Care, Med Ball + HLT Patterns
-Drills & Progressions
-Overhand Throwing Velocity Testing
